10. KEY OPERATOR PROGRAM
(1) Procedure for registering key operator code
The key operator code is factory set for "00000". The key operator
needs to register his or her key operator code (number) arbitrarily,
because the key operator program can be made only with the key
operator code.
(Only one key operator code can be registered.)
Registration
1 Press the keys in the following manner:
• The screen appears like this:
ENTER KEY OPERATOR CODE

2 With the copy count setting key, enter the factory-set key operator
code (5 digits) or the key operator code (5 digits) registered (if
any).
• Every time you enter a number, a hyphen (–) changes to an
asterisk (*).

• The key operator code is factory set for "00000".
• The screen appears like this.
ENTER PROGRAM NUMBER.
AFTER ENTERING, PRESS [PRINT].

3 With the copy count setting key, enter the code number 19 and
touch the input key.
• The screen appears like this.
P19: KEY OPERATOR CODE CHANGE
ENTER A NEW CODE.
AFTER ENTERING, PRESS [PRINT].

4 Select a 5-digit code number and enter it with the copy count
setting key.
Note: Write down the code number you are going to enter, because
it is the new key operator code number.
5 Press the [PRINT] key.
The code number you has entered replaces the factory-set code.
6 To operator another key operator program, enter the program
code and press the [PRINT] key. To terminate the program, press
the [CA] key.
