Detail MCU
Cause 1. The memory capacity on the MCU PWB is wrong.
2. Setting for a single surface model is wrong.
Check & Remedy 1. Use SIM26-39 to check to confirm that the memory
capacity is 64MB. If it is not 64MB, replace the MCU
PWB.
2. If SIM26-04 is set to 1, change the setting to 0. If it
is 0, replace the MCU PWB.

(SIM05-03).

Reduced laser power, lighting error, laser diode
trouble.
Disconnection or improper connection of harness and
connector between LD PWB and MCU PWB.
Check & Remedy Use SIM61-1 to check the operation of the LSU.
Check connection of the connector and harness
between the LD PWB and the MCU PWB.
Replace the MCU PWB.
Replace the LSU.

developing voltage error, toner concentration trouble,

Check & Remedy Use SIM25-2 to perform the auto developer
adjustment.
