This procedure is to make a card for checking software written into

3) Card making procedure
@ Procedure 1: Connection of the units
Same as the procedure for making the EEPROM writing card.
@ Procedure 2: Turn on the power. ,
Same as the procedure for making the EEPROM writing card.
@ Procedure 3: Start the writing program in the PC-4600
side.
Same as the procedure for making the EEPROM writing card.
The screen, however, shows the following display.

@ Procedure 4: Set the OZ-7200/1Q7300M.
Same as the procedure for making the EEPROM writing card.
@ Procedure 5: Execute writing. (For about 6 min)
Same as the procedure for making the EEPROM writing card.
‘@ Procedure 6: Confirm the completion of writing.
Same as the procedure for making the EEPROM writing card.
When, however, the reset switch is pressed and the card (IQ-8B03) to
which data have been written is executed, the following display is
given. The value "kxxx" differes between the OZ-9600 and the 1Q-
9000.

._@® Remove the card (!Q-8B03) form the OZ-7200/IQ-7300M.
* Check the written card operation by operating it with the
OZ-9600/IQ-9000 whose EEPROM have been written. For the
version, etc., refer.to the separate table for making the.
EEPROM writing card.
EEPROM WRITING PROCEDURE (ON +
RESET, and + Y).
(NECESSARY UNIT: 1Q-8B03)
@ With the data stored in the Electronic Organizer, turn on the power
and check that the Elecironic Organizer is properly started. If not,
perform the all reset.
® Install the 1Q-8B03 and press ON Keys
@ Push CARD key.
® Check that the display of Fig: 2 appears after 5 sec from when the
"START" is displayed:
® Turn off the set and remove the 1Q- 8B03.:
Note:
¢ When the card used for writing has no program in it, "RUN MODE"
is displayed and no operation is performed.
¢ When the card used for writing had erroneous data in it, Fig. 3
instead of Fig. 2 is displayed. In this case, the erroneous data
should be corrected.
* When writing is performed Ineronery, as be instead of re: 2 is
displayed.
“© The card's touch panel screen is cabled in the lower side of

¢ CAUTION: When “EEPROM CLEAR’ is selected after writing, data
will be erased.
