Why does my Sharp Dryer take so long to dry?
- JJames ReyesAug 16, 2025
The drying process of your Sharp Dryer might be prolonged due to several reasons. The lint filter or the condenser might be clogged, so try washing the filter with lukewarm water or cleaning the condenser. Also, ensure the ventilation grills are open to prevent the room temperature from rising too much. A layer of limescale on the humidity sensor, overloading the dryer, or insufficiently spun laundry can also cause this issue. Clean the humidity sensor, avoid overloading the dryer, and select a higher spin speed on your washing machine.
