D1103 Flash memory M29W160ET90N6 The M29W160E is a 16 Mbit (2Mb x8 or 1Mb x16) non-volatile
memory that can be read, erased and reprogrammed. These
operations can be performed using a single low voltage (2.7 to
3.6V) supply. On power-up the memory defaults to its Read
mode where it can be read in the same way as a ROM or
EPROM.

replace passive LC filters and drivers with a low-cost integrated
device. Five 4th-order filters provide improved image quality
compared to typical 2nd or 3rd-order passive solutions. The
FMS6145 may be directly driven by a DC-coupled DAC output
or an AC-coupled signal. Internal diode clamps and bias
circuitry may be used if AC-coupled inputs are required.

The 74LVC245A/74LVCH245A has an output enable (OE)

direction control. OE controls the outputs so that the buses are
effectively isolated.
D1211 Power Switch ST890CDR The ST890 is a low voltage, P-Channel MOSFET power switch
intended for high side load switching applications. This switch
operates with inputs from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it ideal for both
3V and 5V systems. Internal current limiting circuitry protects
the input supply against overload. Thermal overload protection
limits power dissipation and junction temperatures. The
ST890’s maximum current limits is 1.2A. The current limit
through the switch is programed with a resistor from SET to
ground. The ST890 is available in SO-8 package. Main
applications are: PCMCIA slots, Access bus slots, Portable
equipment.

bits of data from two sources under the control of a common
select input (S). The four outputs present the selected data in
the true (non-inverted) form. The enable input (E) is active
LOW. When pin E is HIGH, all of the outputs (1Y to 4Y) are
forced LOW regardless of all the other input conditions. Moving
the data from two groups of registers to four common output
buses is a common use of the 74LVC157A. The state of the
common data select input (S) determines the particular register

to provide extremely high efficiency. L6926 supply voltage can
be as low as 2V allowing its use in single Li-ion cell supplied
