This function saves the original scanned on the machine, received fax data, or print data from a PC on the hard disk drive of the machine or on an external memory device.
The saved data can be printed or sent. Editing of the stored les, for example combining, is also possible.

The usage of the machine's hard disk
drive is displayed in graphical format,
separately for Main Folder, Custom
Folder, and Quick File Folder.
• Files stored using [Quick File] are provided with the "Sharing" property that can be
accessed by any person for output and sending. Therefore, do not store sensitive
documents or documents that you do not want to be used by others using the [Quick
File] function.
