- Place mince on a defrost rack.
- When the oven stops, turn over and shield warm portions with foil
strips.
- After defrost time, stand covered with foil.
- Place steak / chops on a defrost rack.

- Place roast meat on a defrost rack.
- When the oven stops, turn over and shield warm portions with foil strips.
- After defrost time, stand covered with foil.
