e@The double deck system of the RT-207H permits dubbing
operations without the need of another deck. Dubbing takes
from Deck 1 onto Deck 2.
@When dubbing from Deck 1 to Deck 2 set the CONT PLAY
switch to the OFF position. (Indicator is OFF.)
Insert a pre-recorded
cassette compartment of
Deck 1, and a tape suit-
able for recording into
the cassette compartment
of Deck 2.
Press the = button.

@ High-speed dubbing as well as normal speed dubbing may be
performed with this unit.
@When dubbing from Deck 1 to Deck 2, the DOLBY NR switch
does not function.

@ The recording to the tape
being played back on Deck
1 is dubbed onto the tape
in Deck 2.
Press the DUBBING
START (NORMAL or
HIGH) button and begin
dubbing from Deck 1
to Deck 2.
Dubbing Speed Selector:
The DUBBING START (NORMAL or HIGH) button makes
possible dubbing from Deck 1 to Deck 2 at normal speed or
at high speed. Press the NORMAL button when dubbing at
normal speed and press the HIGH button when dubbing at
about two times the normal speed. :
e@Normal sound cannot be monitored when dubbing at high
speed. {t is recommended that the amplifier volume will be
turned down,
@ Dubbing at normal speed is recommended if better sound
quality is required.

Notes:
ein order to dub the programmes from Deck 1 with the APMS
or repeat playback, set Deck 1 to the appropriate mode before
starting dubbing. (For details refer to pages 9 and 10),
@The sound monitored has emphasised highs when dubbing
from a tape recorded with the DOLBY NR system.
elf the ® button of either Deck 1 or 2 is pressed, both Decks
will be stopped.
elf the cassette in either Deck 1 or 2 is finished, both cassettes
will be stopped.
