6. Replacing Filters

Engine Oil Filter
The filter is of the cartridge type. Replace the
filter initially after 50 hours and then every 200
hours of operation.
Replacement
(1) After discharging the engine o
cartridge counterclockwise to remove it
with a filter wrench.
(2)
Coat the rubber ring at the bottom of a new
cartridge with a small quantity of oil and
install the cartridge firmly by hand.
(3)
After changing the engine oil, start the
engine and keep it running until the
hydraulic pilot lamp goes out.
(4) After the engine oil
stop the engine, check the oil leve
with the dip stick
and replenish if the oil is
not enough.

Replacement
(1)
After discharging the hydraulic oil, turn the
filter counterclockwise to remove.
(2) Coat the ru
bber ring at the bottom of a new
filter with a small quantity of oil and install
the filter firmly by hand.
(3)
After exchanging the hydraulic oil, idle the
engine, check the oil level with the level
gauge and replenish if the oil is not enough.
