  If the cycle computer on your Shimano Scooter is not displayed when you push the battery power button, consider the following: * The battery charge may be insufficient. Recharge the battery, and then turn the power on once more. * Make sure the power is turned on by holding down the power button. * The power cannot be turned on while the battery is mounted on the bicycle and being charged, so stop charging. * Check if the cycle computer is correctly installed to the bracket.

  If the LED on the charger of your Shimano Scooter does not illuminate, check the connection for any foreign objects before reinserting the charging plug. If the battery is fully charged, the LED on the battery charger turns off, but this is not a malfunction. Disconnect and then reconnect the power plug of the charger, and then repeat the recharging operation.
