Start assembly by inserting leg weldment into corner post weldment and securing with pin.
Position winch post and corner post; insert lower frame member and secure with bolts.
Stand assembly, insert lower frame tubes into brackets, and secure with bolts and nuts.
Slide corner posts over lower frame tubes, secure with bolts, and tighten frame hardware.
Assemble short braces by inserting bushings into caps and attaching to frame with bolts.
Assemble long brace tubes similarly to short ones, attaching to posts and frame.
Slide channel bracket for spacer tube onto corner posts and secure with carriage bolts.
Place front/rear platform tube assemblies on lower frame, securing with bolts and nuts.
Slide carriage bolts into platform tube slots and secure side assemblies with brackets.
Mount winch, cover, and wheel onto the winch mounting tube using bolts and nuts.
Route and secure cables from platform assemblies through lower frame and posts.
Mount bunk brackets and bunk assembly onto the platform using u-bolts and bolts.
Tighten all hardware, secure cables, and insert plastic caps into leg tubes.
