If one or more SHOWTEC Control Unit fixtures aren't functioning at all, check the following: * **Power Supply:** Ensure the AC power adapter is securely plugged into the power outlet and into the DC input connector on the device. Also, verify that the AC power output works and supplies the proper voltage. * **Protocol Activation:** Make sure the Art-Net or sACN protocol is configured and active.
