Batteries
Boundary and gooseneck base transmitters can be powered by Shure SB900A batteries or two AA batteries (included).
The receiver front panel displays battery charge level in hours/minutes for Shure batteries and in bars for AA batteries. For ac
curate monitoring, set battery type in the IR Presets menu using the receiver front panel or Wireless Workbench and perform
an IR sync.
Menu path: IR PRESETS > GOOSENECK / BOUNDARY > BATTERY
Installation
Open the battery door.
Insert one Shure battery or two AA batteries. Align +/ terminals on batteries as shown. For AA batteries, rotate the rub
ber piece to hold batteries in place.
Close the battery door until it latches.
Use the small screw to the right of the batteries to secure the battery door against tampering, if necessary.
Open the battery door.
Use a screwdriver to remove the screw to the right of the battery.
Close the battery door.
Insert and tighten the screw using a screwdriver.
