7.1 Safety

During commissioning, the machine or the protective device may not yet behave as you
have planned.

Make sure that there is no-one in the hazardous area during commissioning.
7.2 Check during commissioning and modifications
The thorough check is intended to ensure that the safety functions are fulfilling their
planned purpose and whether persons are being adequately protected.

Carry out the checks specified in the test plan of the manufacturer of the machine
and the operating entity.
