1. LETTER TO THE CUSTOMER
Dear Customer,
SICOR winches are designed and manufactured in accordance with the Machinery Direcve
2006/42/CE, 2014/33/UE, EN 81-20, EN 81-50, UNI EN 12100, [95/16/CE, EN 81-1], in full respect
of the regulaons in force.
They do not therefore represent a hazard for installaon and maintenance personnel if used
according to the instrucons supplied in this manual and if the relave safety devices are always
kept in a good working state.
This document aests that the safety devices on the machine were in working order when the
machine was delivered; that this manual has been delivered with the machine and that the
installaon personnel is responsible for fully complying with its contents.
SICOR declines any and all responsibility for damage caused by alteraons to, tampering with
and any operaons performed on the equipment which do not comply with the contents of the
manual, with its instrucons or with informaon provided in other documents.
