Press <Acknowledge> on the PMI before response time (t1) expires. Password required.
Check display for 'Fire brigade in' time and 'Remote transmission activated' status.
Determine the specific location of the fire from the display information.
Physically move to the reported fire location.
Evaluate the situation to determine if it's a major or minor incident.
For major incidents, press <Alarm delay off> or activate a manual call point.
Optionally activate sounders for evacuation during an alarm. Password required.
Press the main menu button. Password is required.
Select the 'Functions' menu item by pressing key <2>.
Choose the 'On/Off' function from the Functions menu.
Choose 'Section' as the element category for switching off.
Input the zone number or press <ok> to proceed without specifying.
Use navigation buttons to highlight the desired zone.
Press Softkey <1> to execute the command to switch off the zone.

Choose 'Detection tree' from the Topology menu.
Navigate to the lower level within the detection tree structure.

Scroll to find the detector or zone (isolation) to switch on.
Press Softkey <1> to execute the command to switch on the isolation.
Press <Silence buzzer> on the PMI to stop the audible alarm.
Read the display to determine the type and location of the fault.
Press <Acknowledge> on the PMI to acknowledge the fault.
Go to the fault location and rectify the cause of the fault.
