Making internal calls
Internal calls to other handsets registered on the same base station are free.
Calling a specific handset
u Initiate internal call.
~ Enter the number of the handset.
Or:
u Initiate internal call.
s Select handset.
c Press the talk key.
Calling all handsets ("group call")
u Initiate internal call.
* Press the star key. All handsets are called.
Ending a call
a Press the end call key.
Transferring a call to another handset
You can forward (connect) an external call, made via fixed line network or VoIP, to another
handset.
u Open the list of handsets.
The external participant hears hold music if activated (page 115).
s Select a handset or Call All and press
§OK§.
When the internal participant answers:
¤ If necessary announce the external call.
a Press the end call key.
The external call is transferred to the other handset.
If the internal participant does not answer or the line is busy, press the display key §End§ to
return to the external call.
When transferring a call you can also press the end call key a before the internal partici-
pant answers.
Then, if the internal participant does not answer or the line is busy, the call will automati-
cally return to you (the display will show Recall).
Please note:
You can reject an internal call by pressing the end call key a.
Other handsets will continue to signal an internal "group call".
