Setting the base station

Changing the name of the base station
The names "Base station 1" to "Base station 4" are assigned automatically. You can
change the name of your base station.

Repeater support
With a repeater you can increase the range and reception strength of your base station;
the repeater has to be registered. To use the repeater you first have to activate the
repeater mode. This will cancel any calls that are in progress.

Restoring the base station to factory settings
Resetting does not affect the system PIN and handsets are still registered.

Select the base station and press the display key.
~ Enter a new name (up to 16 characters) (for text

Now press the display key to confirm the setting.

The name of the base station is handset specific, i.e. the base station
receives the name assigned to it from the corresponding handset. The
same base station can have different names on different handsets.

Select the menu item and confirm.
