Using the answering machine in the SL150 colour Base station

Setting alternate between answer and record and announce only
Example: You have set the answer and record mode. Now select the period during
which answer and record is to switch to announce only, e.g. from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. In the
period from 8.01 a.m. to 5.59 p.m., the answering machine automatically switches
back to the answer and record mode you set.
Precondition: You have set the time (page 16).

If you have selected the 12-hour display, you can use display key am/pm to toggle to the
other half of the day.

selected announcement is saved even after the
answering machine is deactivated.

Entering and activating the time for "Ans Mode
Time":

In the From: line enter the start of the period, e.g.
QNQQ for 8.00 a.m.

Scroll to the Until: line and enter the end of the
period, e.g. 1MQQ for 5.00 p.m.

Scroll to the On/Off: line to activate the switch to
Announce Only (in so far as the announce mode-
Ans. & Record is activated or vice versa).

Now press the display key to confirm the entry.

◆ Selecting a different announce mode or deleting the announce only
message automatically deactivates the
Ans Mode Time function.
◆ If the memory is full in Ans. & Record mode, the answering machine
will react as follows:
– if there is an announce only message (page 55), the answering
machine will automatically switch to Announce Only mode
– If there is no announcement, it switches itself off. Then delete the
old messages. The answering machine automatically returns to
the original mode when the old messages have been deleted.
