8.4 Deleting Data Records
Data records of a recipe can be deleted from the data record directory . These
data records are then no longer available for the recipe.
When a data record which is active in the PLC is deleted from the directory
of the OP , this data record still continues to be active in the PLC.
Proceed as follows to delete data records.
Step Procedure
1 Select Recor d ! Edit in the standard screen.
2 Select the desired recipe from the recipe directory .
3 Using the cursor keys, select the data record to be deleted from
the data record directory .
4 Press
INS
DEL
5 T o delete : Press
T o not delete: Press
ESC
ENTER
6 Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary .
If only one single data record exists, this record cannot be
deleted.
7 Exit the standard screen with
ESC
