13.8 Room unit
Connection of a room unit to a primary controller does not make much sense because
the majority of the room unit functions cannot be used when there is no heating circuit.
If a QAW70 room unit is connected to the primary controller, it does not display the
setpoints of room heating. By contrast, the temperature of the precontrolled flow ac-
quired by sensor B1 will be displayed.
With plant type 7–2, a room unit is automatically assigned to the heating circuit; the flow
temperature of the heating circuit acquired with sensor B12 will be displayed. Display of
the temperature of the precontrolled flow (sensor B1) with a room unit is not possible.
