Leitungen sichern – Securing the cables
Sichern Sie die angeschlossenen Leitungen zur Zugentlastung mit Kabelbindern an den markierten
Befestigungselementen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Leitungen durch die Kabelbinder nicht gequetscht
werden. Beispiel:
Use cable ties to secure the connected cables to the selected fixing elements for strain relief.
Make sure that the cables are not crushed by the cable tie. Example:

The device should only be connected to a 24 V DC power supply
which satisfies the requirements of safe extra low voltage (SELV).
If the device is used on a wall, in an open rack or other similar
locations, an NEC Class 2 current source is required in order to
meet the UL 60950-1 requirements. In all other cases
(IEC/EN/DIN EN 60950-1), either a current source of limited output
(LPS = Low Power Source), or a line-side fuse or a line-side circuit
breaker is necessary. Current must be limited to 4.16 A. This
requires a 4 A fuse max.

Schließen sie das Gerät nur an eine DC 24-V-Stromversorgung an,
die den Anforderungen einer sicheren Kleinspannung SELV
entspricht.
Beim Betrieb an einer Wand, in einem offenen Gestell oder an
sonstiger Stelle ist zur Einhaltung der Anforderungen nach UL
60950-1 und UL 508 eine Stromquelle entsprechend NEC Class 2
erforderlich.
In allen anderen Fällen nach IEC/EN/DIN EN 60950-1 ist entweder
eine Stromquelle begrenzter Leistung (LPS = Low Power Source)
oder eine vorgeschaltete Sicherung bzw. ein vorgeschalteter
Leistungsschalter erforderlich. Der Strom ist auf den Wert
4,16 A zu begrenzen. Der dafür erforderliche Sicherungswert beträgt
max. 4 A.
