7. Press the "OK" softkey to remove the version.
The procedure is displayed on a progress indicator.
8. Restart the "SINUMERIK Operate" operating software.
9.2.2 Uninstalling with HMI-Advanced
Before you start to install a new client in Manage MyMachines / Tool with SINUMERIK Operate
on the SINUMERIK controller, you must uninstall previous versions.
Note
SINUMERIK controller remains connected to the server
SINUMERIK controller remains connected to the server when you uninstall the client.
Prerequisite
If you are working on your SINUMERIK controller with the NT operating system, also install
"Windows Installer 2.0".
Open the following directory: "SI5\Clients\Application_Clients\MMR\HMI Advanced
\instmsiw.exe".
The "MMR /Tools HMI Advanced Client" requires the "Sinumerik Integrate Client for HMI
Advanced". You will find the "ePS_Client_AT.exe" installation file under:
"SI5\Clients\SinIntClient\HMI Advanced".
