What to do if there is no water running down from the separator pipe in Silonn SLIM02?
    • S
      stephanielopezAug 7, 2025
If water isn't running down from the separator pipe in your Silonn Ice Maker, it may be because the holes are blocked. Try using a slim wire to prick each hole until water can flow out easily. Alternatively, the water filter might be blocked, so try cleaning it.

If the ice cubes from your Silonn Ice Maker are too thick to drop down, the ice-making cycle might be too long. Try pressing “-” to reduce the ice-making cycle time.

What to do if the indicator light is on for Silonn SLIM02?
    • S
      Sharon FreemanAug 22, 2025
If the indicator light is on for the Silonn Ice Maker, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if there is a lack of water; if so, turn off the unit, add water to the level, and restart it. Another cause could be ice cubes overloading the basket, in which case you should remove some ice. It may also indicate a failure of the inlet solenoid valve or the ambient/water temperature sensor, for which you may need a technical service person or to change a new sensor.

Why are the ice cubes too thin in my Silonn SLIM02 Ice Maker?
    • A
      Anna JacksonAug 30, 2025
If the ice cubes produced by your Silonn Ice Maker are too thin, it could be due to several reasons. The ambient temperature or the water temperature might be too high. Try moving the unit to a cooler place and ensure the water temperature does not exceed 25°C (77°F). Also, the ice-making cycle might be too short; in this case, press “+” to increase the ice-making time. If the ambient temperature is high or the water temperature is high, move the unit to somewhere where the ambient temperature is lower than 30°C (86°F), and fill it with cool water. In rare cases, refrigerant system leakage could be the cause, which would require assistance from a technical service person.
