7. LOG TRANSDUCER.
Principle of operation
When the impeller of the Log Transducer is rotating there are magnets in two of
the blades inducing magnetic power in a Hall element.
This Hall element signal is converted to pulses of 5 V.
The water stream will give 7 pulses/m equal to 12964 pulses per Nautic mile.
