The Fitness Wristband calculates the calories you have burned
using the details you entered in the app (height, age, sex, weight)
and the number of steps you have taken. When you wake up in
the morning, the Fitness Wristband will already show a count of
burned calories, as the body also burns calories while resting.
The device automatically also includes calories burned while rest-
ing in the count. The active time shows how much time you have
already spent actively moving. The active time only counts the
amount of time you have been moving.

You can specify a daily goal (e.g. 10,000 steps) in the
”HealthForYou” app settings. Your current progress towards a
set daily goal (in %) and the entered daily goal (in steps) can
be read from the Fitness Wristband display.
