Incoming light and too much movement can distort the pulse measurement.
For this reason, make sure that the device is fitted tightly enough without
it cutting into the skin. Then restart the pulse measurement.
Training zones by heart rate
Whilst your current heart rate is shown in the display on the fitness wrist-
band, the fitness wristband also shows your current training zone in turn.
The maximum heart rate is automatically generated using the following
formula: 220–age = maximum heart rate. The individual training zones
are calculated on the basis of the maximum heart rate. The heart rate is

reconfigured into the following training zones; however it can be cha
nged
via the app:

”Fat Burning” is shown in the display when your current heart
rate is between 50 % and 60 % of your maximum heart rate.
