is broken!
Note the maximum weight-bearing capacity
of the induction hotplate (be especially
careful when preparing soups and stews).
The weight of both cooking vessels and the
contents together must not exceed 10 kg.
You can damage the induction hotplate by
trying to scrape caramel off it. If you do spill
food containing sugar, remove it
immediately before it cools. In general, any
food spillages should be removed
immediately.
Do not use abrasive or astringent detergents
or tools which could scratch the surface. This
can cause damage to the heating zones
(1, 3).
