7.4 Switching off using the timer
You can program the timer to switch the induction hotplate off automatically after a preset time.
1. When cooking, press the sensor button for the timer (13) of the desired heating zone (1, 3) to
program the timer for this heating zone (1, 3).
2. Use the rotary controller (5 or 6) to set the cooking time you want (hours:minutes) before the heating
zone (1 or 3) is to switch off.
You can program the cooking time to between 00:01 to 3:00 hours.
The time set flashes briefly and then the remaining time (countdown) is shown on the display (8).
If the timer is activated, the indicator (7) lights up and the display (8) alternates showing the power level
or temperature and the remaining time at around 5 second intervals.
If necessary, you can adjust the power level or temperature using the rotary controller (5 or 6).
Once the countdown reaches zero, the corresponding heating zone (1, 3) automatically switches off. A
beeper sounds.
