Chocolate ice cream
• 2 egg yolks
• 200 ml / 7 fl oz skimmed milk
• 200 ml / 7 fl oz whipping cream
(30 %fat)
• 80 g / 2¾ oz cocoa drink powder
1. Beat together the yolks, cocoa drink
powder and milk.
2. Beat the whipping cream until it is firm.
3. Add the cream to the mixture and stir in
until it produces a homogenous mass.
Lemon sorbet
• 300 ml / 10½ fl oz water
• 120 g / 4¼ oz sugar
• 2 lemons
1. Juice the lemons.
2. Place the water into a cooking pot and
add the sugar.
3. Bring the water to a boil once while
stirring, causing the sugar to complete-
ly dissolve.
4. Add the lemon juice and allow the mix-
ture to cool.
8. Cleaning
DANGER!
Risk of electrocution!
~ Remove the power plug9 from the wall
socket before cleaning the appliance.
~ The motor unit2 must not be immersed
in water.
WARNING!
~ Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning
agents.
1. Remove the mixing blade5 and the
connecting piece4 from the motor unit2.
2. Figure A: push the two holders at the
bottom of the motor unit2 together and
remove the motor unit2 from the lid3.
3. Grasp underneath the handles of the
ring7 and lift the bowl6 out of the
container8.
Clean the motor unit
• Use a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean
the motor unit2.
Clean the bowl
• Do not clean the bowl6 until it has
cooled down to room temperature.
• Wash the bowl6 in water not exceed-
ing 40 °C using a mild detergent.
Other parts
• Wash all other parts by hand in warm
water and a little detergent. (The mixing
blade5 and the lid3 can also be
cleaned in the dishwasher.) Dry all
parts thoroughly.
