Troubleshooting
The earbuds cannot be paired with a compatible Bluetooth
®
device
♦ Make sure that the Bluetooth
®
function is activated on the
Bluetooth
®
device.
♦ Make sure the earbuds
are turned on.
♦ If you use several Bluetooth
®
devices, ensure that any previous
connection is disconnected. There may be a previously paired
Bluetooth
®
device in range.
♦ Make sure that the earbuds
are no more than 10 metres from
the Bluetooth
®
device and that no obstacles or electronic
devices are placed between them.
You hear no sound from the earbuds
♦ The volume control of the earbuds
is set to the minimum volume.
Increase the playback volume.
Cleaning
CAUTION
► The charging station
should not come in contact with water.
► Keep the charging contacts on the earbuds dry to prevent
corrosion. Dry the earbuds with a dry cloth after every
contact with water.
► To avoid irreparable damage, ensure that no moisture can get
into the earbuds or charging station when you are clean-
ing the devices.
► Do not use caustic, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning materials.
These can damage the surfaces of the devices.
