Handling and operation
This section provides you with important information on handling
and using the device.
System requirements
CAUTION
► Due to its high power consumption, only use the soundbar
on a computer with a USB 3.0 port (identified by the blue
USB socket) or an external USB power supply (5 V, at
least 900 mA) .
▯ Computer with sound card (headphone and microphone
socket) and USB 3.0 port
or
▯ Playback device with audio output (3.5 mm Ø jack socket)
and USB 3.0 connection or, alternatively, with an external
USB power supply (5 V, at least 900 mA).
Connecting a computer/playback device
♦ Make sure that the ON/OFF

VOL knob 4 is in the OFF
position.
♦ Plug the headphone jack plug (green) of the audio cable

into the line-out or headphone socket of your computer or
playback device (e.g. smartphone, MP3 player). The audio
signals are transmitted via this connection.
♦ Plug the microphone jack plug (red) of the audio cable

into the line-in or microphone socket of your computer. This
jack transmits microphone signals when you connect a micro-
phone to the microphone socket
