Thorough cleaning
To clean the appliance thoroughly, disassemble the three cutting
heads:
1) Take hold of the cutting unit
2 with three fingers in the grip
recesses
3 and pull it off (see Fig. 2).

2) Press the two protruding tabs together and release the black
retainers from the catches (see Fig. 3). You can now remove the
cutting heads and the blades.
