mum; otherwise the blade assembly7/8
could become clogged.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 handful of fresh leaf spinach
½ mango
½ banana (peeled)
1 pineapple slice
Juice from ½ lime
200 ml water
2 ice cubes
• Put all ingredients into the blender
jug5/6 and mix until the desired con-
sistency is reached (max. 1 minute).
Tropical Smoothie
Ingredients:
100 g pineapple
½ banana (peeled)
1 kiwi (peeled)
100 ml orange juice
1 handful of spinach
• Put all ingredients into the blender
jug5/6 and mix until the desired con-
sistency is reached (max. 1 minute).
Eye-Openers
Ingredients:
1 banana (peeled)
½ mango
1 handful of leaf spinach
½ tsp oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
100 ml apple juice
100 ml water

Honey Flip
Ingredients:
400 ml milk
4 cl black currant juice
2 tbs honey
2 egg yolks
2 ice cubes
• Put all ingredients into the blender
jug5/6 and mix until the desired con-
sistency is reached (max. 1 minute).
Strawberry Banana Shake
Ingredients:
1 banana (peeled)
150 g strawberries
1 packet of vanilla sugar
200 ml milk
• Put all ingredients into the blender
jug5/6 and mix until the desired con-
sistency is reached (max. 1 minute).
Berry Dream
Ingredients:
50 g blueberries
75 g raspberries
75 g strawberries
½ banana (peeled)
75 g natural yoghurt
1.5 tbs oatmeal
75 ml milk
Honey to taste
