Clear lawn debris, check grass condition, ensure proper air circulation under mower deck.
Operate at full speed. Cut often. Adjust speed/width for long grass. Never mow in reverse unless necessary.
Remove debris from lid screen. Clean blower housing and tube. Inspect bags for wear.
Clean thoroughly, remove debris, touch up paint or oil metal parts, store in dry area.
Install speed nut, shoulder bolt, frame reinforcement, and hitch assembly to the tractor frame.
Install the baffle to the mower deck and secure it. Remove and reinstall mower blades with specific torque.
Secure puck to lower chute, then install bracket and deflector prop.
Install upright support to hitch using capscrews and locknuts.
Install bag and cover support to upright support using reinforcement plate and hardware.
Attach cover assembly to bag support bracket using hinge pivots and pins.
Raise cover, attach collector bags using grass bag hanger to bag hanger post.
Lift deflector, slide bracket notch onto hinge rod, secure front of chute with wing nut.
Slide discharge tube into seal, attach tube to lower chute, secure with wire form over puck.
Install lower discharge chute, hitch support, cover, and collector bags. Connect discharge tube to boot.
Disconnect discharge tube, remove cover, remove bags, loosen chute, slide chute off bolt.
