Oiling the Machine
Oil the pointsas shown at least once a year.
Use good quaIity sewing machine oit.
One or two drops of oil is sufficient. Remove excess oit,
otherwise it may stain fabric.
In case machine is not used for an extended time, oit it
before sewing.
I NOTE: Unplug the machine before oiling.
, Oil behind the face cover
Open the face cover and oil points as indicated in illustration.
. Oil the shuttle area
Open the shuttle cover by putting down the embossed part on
the lee side of the cover.
Oil the point as indicated in the illustration.
