7. Wiederinbetriebnahme zur
neuen Saison
7. Restart for a new season
1. Das zur Konservierung an den Ketten und
im Inneren der Maschine aufgetragene Öl
und Fett abwischen.
2. Maschine vollständig abschmieren. Dadurch
wird Kondenswasser, das sich evtl. in den
Lagern gesammelt hat, beseitigt.
3. Reifenluftdruck prüfen.
4. Ölstand des Getriebes prüfen, falls
erforderlich nach Vorschrift nachfüllen.
5. Alle Schrauben und Muttern überprüfen und
nachziehen.
6. Alle Einstellungen der Maschine prüfen, falls
erforderlich neu einstellen.
7. Rutschkupplung in der Gelenkwelle lüften,
um an Metallteilen festklebende Reibbeläge
zu lösen (siehe unten).
8. Betriebanleitung und Sicherheitshinweise
noch einmal sorgfältig durchlesen.
1. Wipe the oil and grease used for the
conservation of the machine.
2. Lubricate the machine thoroughly to
eliminate the possible condensation
moisture from bearings.
3. Check the tyre preassure.
4. Check the level of lubricant in the gearings,
refill it if needed.
5. Check and tighten all nuts and screws.
6. Check all the settings on the machine and
re-set them if needed.
7. Check the overload safety clutch of the
P.T.O. shaft, if the metal parts of slide lining
become loose (look inside).
8. Read carefully the work and safety
instructions again.
