7.11 CHECKS LESS LOAD
During this procedure, observe all operating components and check for proper
installation and adjustment. DO NOT attempt to raise vehicle until a thorough
operation check has been completed.
Carry out two or three complete cycles of lowering and lifting and check:
• the lift fixing to the ground and all anchor bolts tightened
• the safety locks for proper operation
• proper oil level in the tank
• no leakage and blow-by
• cylinder for proper operation
• the lift for reaching its maximum height
• the maximum height limit switch for proper operation
• the level of the platforms
7.12 CHECKING WITH LOAD
WARNING: please follow carefully the instructions in the coming paragraph
for avoiding damages on the lift.
Carry out two or three complete cycles of lowering and lifting and check:
• Repeat the 7.11 section
• Check no strange noise during lifting and lowering
• if the platforms weren’t leveled, repeat the 7.8.2 section
