Malfunction Possible cause/solution
There is an abnormal
noise
There is a mechanical action or temperature change.
-
The low tone sound is the action of the heat-dissipating fan.
This sound does not indicate any failure. If the sound is too loud,
contact the customer service center.
-
The low tone and short tick sound while water is coming out
is from the valve movement. This sound does not indicate any
failure.
-
A compressor is installed in this water purifier so that a noise
similar to that of a refrigerator is produced.
-
The sound of flowing water may occur in the product. This sound
is from the coolant circulating in the heat exchange tank for the
heat exchange. This sound does not indicate any failure. If the
sound is too loud, contact the customer service center.
Water is leaking from
the product
There is a defect in an assembled (connected) area.
-
If the button is not pressed and you hear the buzzer sound every
time the button is pressed, close the source water supply valve
or the ball valve (blue handle) on the back of the product, and
contact the customer service center.
There is an unpleasant

been used for a long period.
-
Replace all filters before using the product. (Refer to page 15.)
Micro particles are in
the purified water
Micro bubbles are produced when dispensing water.
-
If micro particles are found even after 5 minutes have passed from
when the water was poured in a glass, check again for the micro
particles by shaking the glass to the left and right. If the micro
particles are still found, contact the customer service center to
replace the filters.
A small amount of
water is coming out
(The product is not
malfunctioning)
The auxiliary faucet and other water taps are being used at the
same time.
-
When the product is used while another product is in use, the
water amount may be reduced. Stop using the auxiliary faucet and
try again.
The filter’s life span is complete.
-
After checking the filter replacement cycle, replace the filters.
-
If the water amount is still low after replacing the filters, contact
the customer service center.
The instant hot water is in operation (WPUA900C/WPUA900F).
-
When hot water is coming out, the cold water is instantly heated.
Therefore, the hot water speed may be slower than that of the
cold water or ambient temperature water.
-
In the area where the installation water pressure is low, the water
output speed can be slow.
