Malfunction Possible cause/solution
Steam is produced while
using hot water

•
The voltage is too high. (The product is not malfunctioning.)

The power supply voltage is higher than that of the standard
power (AC 240 V) supply may not be appropriate for hot water.

If steam is continuously produced, contact the customer service
center.
Water breaks time to time
during using hot water
(WPUA900C/WPUA900F)
•
Bubbles are in the instant hot water. (The product is not
malfunctioning.)

The water is instantly heated, so bubbles are produced, which may
cause water breaks.
Lukewarm water is
produced during using
hot water use
(WPUA900C/WPUA900F)
•
The instant hot water heater is malfunctioning.

The hot water heater is failing. Contact the customer service
center to replace the heater.

The instant hot water heater is not malfunctioning.

When the Hot water button blinks and the buzzer sound
continues, the instant hot water module is being initialized. Wait
until the initialization is complete (until the Hot water button turns
off and the buzzer stops), then try again.

Depending on the type of cup, the temperature of the water in
the cup may vary.
-
If the flow rate increases momentarily due to sudden water
pressure fluctuations, the temperature of the hot water may be
low.
No water is produced
during using hot water use
(WPUA900C/WPUA900F)
•
The hot water is locked. (The product is not malfunctioning.)

If the [Hot/ ] button is pressed, but selection is not possible and
the buzzer sounds, the hot water button lock function is set. Press
and hold the [Hot/ ] button for 5 seconds to release the hot
water lock function.
If hot water does not come out even though the lock function has
been released, or if the buzzer keeps ringing, contact the customer
service center.

The instant hot water’s component is failing.

The hot water heater is failing. Contact the customer service
center to replace the heater.
