the engine

pulled
over
with the
recoil starter,
"cycles"
of resistance
should be felt
as
each piston goes
past top dead center.
If
no
pulsat-
ing resistance

felt, it suggest a

Engine lacks

Fouled
or

its original width,

will affect vehicle performance.
