Supports the workpiece on the sanding belt.
2. Sanding Belt
The sanding belt position can be adjusted
from horizontal to vertical providing different
positions for sanding workpieces of different
shapes and sizes.
3. Belt Bed
Supports the sanding belt.
4. Belt Tracking Knob
A tracking knob aids in centering the sanding
belt.
5. Base
Makes the tool stand at and steady.
6. Mounting Holes (x3)
Mounting holes provide ways to securely
mount the tool to a rm supporting surface.
7. Safety Key
The safety key can be removed to prevent
the tool from being accidentally started.
8. ON/OFF Switch
The tool is energized when the ON/OFF
switch is turned ON.
9. Disc Guard
The disc guard blocks the lower part of a
sanding disc, protecting operators from
injury.
10. Work Table
Equipped with a sturdy work table that
provides a stable surface when using either
the disc sanding or the belt sanding feature.
11. Miter Guide
The miter guide aligns the wood for positive
stops from 60° left to 60° right.
12. Sanding Disc
A round sanding disc is located on the side
of the belt/disc sander.
13. Sanding Plate
The sanding plate supports and rotates the
sanding disc.
14. Belt Tension Lever
The belt tension lever releases the belt
tension for easy belt replacement.
15. Bevel Scale
The worktable comes equipped with a
bevel scale that indicates the degrees the
worktable can be tilted up to 45°.
16. Table Locking Knob
Locks the table at any desired bevel angle.
17. Dust port (for 2.5” (63.5mm) standard
vacuum hose)
Fixed dust port allows easy attachment of
certain vacuum hoses and dust bags.
18. Belt Bed Positioning Bolt
Loosen the positioning bolt to change
sanding belt positions from horizontal to
vertical.
