If your internet light is blinking amber
This means that the Sky wireless router is searching for the broadband
service. Leave it for five minutes, turn the Sky wireless router off, wait a
couple of minutes to allow it to reset itself and then turn it back on again .
Try this a couple of times, if it's still blinking amber call Technical Support.

on the desktop of your computer, just look for the help icon at the
bottom
of the page . All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader, which most
computers come with , if your computer hasn't got it, simply go to
http:l/www.adobe.com/uk/downloads and click on Adobe Reader 7.
