● Recording / playing files on USB is active when a compatible
device is connected to the front USB 2.0 port.
● Some devices may be not compatible. When large capacity
memories are connected, the device may take some time to
analyze the entire contents.
● The use of slow memories / non-USB2.0 interface can produce
problems during recording (especially in high resolution
contents).
● The device supports the following file systems: FAT32, NTFS.
● In theMenu it Media Player-> PVR Setting is possible to
disable the Voice TimeShift (the entire space on the storage
device will be used for recording video programs).
Immediate Recording
Select the channel to record, tap on REC. After a few seconds on the screen, a red dot
will appear with the word REC indicating the recording in progress. To end the recording
click on STOP, select the item YES and then OK. It is advisable to register at least one
Minute.
Recording by Recording Timer
You can create a schedule of the transmissions to be recorded. In this mode the device,
in an autonomous manner, will record the desired program (turning on if it is off). The
device has only one tuner and therefore during recording, the same channel will be
displayed on the TV.
Press the button Menu then select then System Setup and Timers Setting. Select
one of the eight available slots and click OK.
● Timer mode= Select once or Daily (for a daily schedule), Weekly or Monthly.
● Timer Service = PVR.
● Wakeup Channel: Select the channel to be recorded. The system proposes the
displayed channel.
● Wakeup Date (Year / Month / Day): Select the date on which registration will
take place. Attention: the date is of the Month / Day / Year type.
● On Time: Set the start time.
● Duration: Set the duration in hours (first two digits) and then in minutes (last 2
digits).
Highlight the word Save and click on the OK button on the remote control.
A few seconds before starting the recording, a warning message will be displayed on
the screen and the decoder will automatically change channel tuning to the channel
whose recording has been programmed. After finishing the recording a message will be
displayed on the screen.
