Why is my SmartPool Pooleye PE20 alarm not sounding?

If the SmartPool Security System alarm isn't sounding, several factors could be at play. First, check the battery level and install new batteries if they are low. Then, verify that the main switch is in the ON position and the connection between the siren and alarm body is secure. The sensitivity setting also matters; ensure it is set to 'H' for High. Remove any sensor shields that might be blocking the wave. If the alarm is too deep, raise the floating sensor closer to the water's surface; if it's too shallow, lower it further into the water. Alternatively, if the sensitivity is set to 'H' or High, adjust it to 'L' or Low.
