Assembly Description:
A) Insert the Linear Shaft (#22) into the Left Base (#1) and tighten it with the set screw. Carefully
slide 1 – Bumper (#46), 1 – Left Olympic Bar Adjustable (#11), 1 – Bumper (#46), 1 – Olympic
Bar Adjustable (#10) as shown.
B) Insert the Linear Shaft (#22) into the Right Base (#2) and tighten it with the set screw. Carefully
slide 1 – Bumper (#46), 1 – Right Olympic Bar Adjustable (#23), 1 – Bumper (#46), 1 –
Olympic Bar Adjustable (#10) as shown.
C) Slide 2 – Weight stack cushion (#44)down over the Guide Rod (#21) and insert 2 – Guide Rod
(#21) into the Left Base (#1) & Right Base (#2) as shown.
D) Using EXTREME CARE slide all 9 – Weight Plate over the Guide Rod (#21) on to the Weight
Stack Cushion (#44) on per side. Make sure that the Weight Plate are all facing as shown.
E) Slide the Top Weight Assy (#28) down over the Guide Rod (#21) onto the Weight Stack; please
be more carefully of the weights.
F) SECRULY assemble the Foot Plate (#18) to Left Base (#1) or Right Base (#2) using 1- Button
Head Allen Screw (#34),2 – Flat Washer (#41) and 1 – Nylon Nut (#43) as shown.
