Ensure the power cord is fully seated and undamaged. Contact support for replacements.
Verify the electrical outlet has power and try connecting to a different outlet.
Press the power switch; it should illuminate when the console is on.
Observe alignment dots and ensure the footswitch connector is properly seated.
Ensure no objects are obstructing the footswitch from being depressed or released.
Order a replacement footswitch from Customer Care if it is not functioning.
Turn off, check power cord, wait 5 seconds, then turn console back on.
Check for kinks in the handpiece tube. Replace handpiece or contact support if error persists.
Ensure saline bag is full, flows freely, pinch clamp is open, and tube is clear.
Purge air from inflow tube by setting power to 10 and depressing footswitch.
Remove any obstruction from the evacuation orifice (debris, tissue).
Ensure evacuation tube is connected, vented, not kinked, and container is positioned correctly.
Replace handpiece if fluid jet strikes the edge of the metal evacuation orifice.
