The following are the sosPlus® information sections available to you:
• Allergies: Whether shellfish or peanuts, antibiotics or other
medications, the more our agents know, the better they can inform
emergency responders.
• Medications: List all medications, including OTC or custom
compounded pharmaceuticals. The medications you take can
significantly influence your course of treatment.
• Medical Conditions: List all of your medical conditions, such as
diabetes, heart conditions, multiple sclerosis, etc.
• Emergency Contacts: List your family, friends, or neighbors you’d like to
be informed in case of an emergency situation.
• Your Doctor: List any and all of your medical physicians and their
contact information.
• Past Surgical History: Depending on the nature and time-frame of the
surgery, this may be important for emergency responders and doctors
to know.
• Home-Bound: Let us know if you are home-bound. Meaning you are
unable to leave your home without difficulty and generally do not leave
your home.
• Non-Responsive: Set up a plan in the case of an emergency with what
to do if you are non-responsive.
