When you sign up for Snapfōn®'s sosPlus Mobile Monitoring Service® you will
have an added layer of security in an emergency situation.
The SOS button, when connected to sosPlus®, will connect 24/7 to our
sosPlus® Response Agents. This instant response system ensures that your
emergency call never goes unanswered.
The sosPlus® Response Agents assist in dispatching 911 Emergency Services,
will conference in family and friends as needed, and will stay on the line with
you until your situation is fully resolved. sosPlus® Agents also have access to
your provided medical information and emergency contacts through your
Snapfōn® User Account. Add sosPlus® to your account at any time through
your Snapfōn® User Account or by calling Snapfōn® Customer Service.

You can access your sosPlus® information though your Snapfōn® User
Account on the Snapfōn® website.
Important: Prior to using your device or when you first sign up for sosPlus®
you must fill out each sosPlus® information section.
