LIMITED WARRANTY
Other Exclusions - This warranty excludes damage due to accident, abuse,
modications, alterations, improper servicing, freezing or chemical deterioration.
Attachments or accessories that were not originally packaged with the product
are also excluded. There is no warranty coverage on equipment used for
primary power in place of utility power or on equipment used in life support
applications. This warranty does not include used, reconditioned, second-hand,
or demonstration equipment or engines. This warranty also excludes failures
due to acts of God and other force majeure events beyond the manufacturer’s
control.
